The house is located right by the Downtown Bike Trail that connects to the Razorback Greenway and is only 0.5 miles from the Bentonville Square, making it easily walkable. It is also just 0.3 miles from The Momentary, 0.7 miles to 8th St. Market, 1.3 miles from Crystal Bridges, and 1 mile from the Walmart Home Office. Inside, the living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a meal or just a great cup of coffee. Downstairs, you will find an additional room with a desk and chair to catch up on some work if needed. Spend time outside in the private, fully fenced-in backyard with cozy seating. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of the two bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby half bath, and the other with two twin-size beds, closet, and a nearby half bath. The full bathroom is downstairs by the kitchen. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee. A kennel and dog bowls are available. The property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. You can walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Includes a desk and chair for a convenient work-from-home set-up. A laptop computer is not included.
