Recreation vehicles and equipment, including boats, motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and similar vehicles, cannot be parked or stored in sight of the neighbors or the street, per HOA covenant rules. Parking is available in the garage and driveway only. No street parking is allowed, and there will be a $100 fine for parking in the street as it is against POA/HOA regulations. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
