There is also a private patio off of the primary bedroom with seating and a fire pit with gorgeous views. A huge selection of board games, card games, and puzzles are available. The main living room has large windows overlooking the lake, and the downstairs features a second living space with a large Smart TV. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Located in the small, rural town of Garfield, this house has views of Beaver Lake but no direct access from the house. Travel 1.5 miles down the road to the Lost Bridge Marina to swim or dock a boat. Downtown Rogers is 18 miles away. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
