This newly constructed 4-story home sleeps 12 guests and features gorgeous lake views, a large patio with a hot tub and dining table, a huge game room with a kitchenette and shuffleboard table, kayak and paddle boards available for the short walk to the water, a fire pit and so much more! This home offers direct Beaver Lake access, just a short walk to a public beach area. Enjoy the hot tub, two paddle boards, a kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs available for guests. The game room features a shuffleboard table, kitchenette, large TV, and board games. The large patio space includes an outdoor dining table and grill, while the interior boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with lake views. The residential elevator provides easy access across the four floors, which include three living spaces, two King suites with full attached bathrooms, an office space, and a kid-friendly environment with a Pack 'n Play available. A washer and dryer are also available, and the home is pet-friendly with a small fee. This property allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Unauthorized dogs or cats will incur a fine of $400. The home is pet-friendly with a small fee. The home is just a short walk away from a beach area at Beaver Lake and only 10 minutes to Downtown Rogers, an area filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars.
