The main living room is cozy and sunlit with huge windows looking onto the water, a fireplace, books, and a telescope. An additional living space downstairs includes lounge seating, a Smart TV, and board games. There is a large outdoor deck with a dining table and grill. Enjoy access to two kayaks and a paddle board. Located in a gated street, this home offers easy access to Beaver Lake from the backyard via a shared path. It is just 3 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 14 miles from Downtown Rogers, which offers several restaurants and shops. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Pets are not permitted at the property, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
