Feel at home in this 3-story lake house, perfect for vacations! This 5-bedroom lake house sleeps up to 12 guests and offers direct access to the lake via a private wood staircase. This recently built home features brand new finishes, massive windows, and modern furnishings. It includes two fully furnished back patios with a BBQ grill, a large hot tub spa, and picturesque lake views from all rooms. There are two living spaces, one with a gas fireplace, and both with large Smart TVs. The fully stocked kitchen includes all new appliances, a coffee station, and plenty of dishes and utensils for large groups. The laundry room is fully stocked with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a 65-inch Smart TV, a king-size memory foam mattress, and an en suite bathroom. The other two private bedrooms feature queen beds and share a large bathroom downstairs. A spiral staircase leads from the main living room to the top floor, which feels like an oversized loft. It includes a queen-size bedroom that connects to an open bedroom with 4 twin beds built into the walls, each with its own curtains for privacy. Past the twin beds is a spacious bathroom with a shower. Driveway parking is available for up to 5 cars. Located on a beautiful lot within a cul de sac of other lake houses, the drive to the property is gorgeous, crossing rolling hills and taking in beautiful Arkansas scenery. Access to the closest boat ramp is Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6 mi), the nearest gas station and grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi), the nearest restaurant is Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), and the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi). Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 10 AM. If a guest wishes to go fishing, they will need to obtain an Arkansas fishing license from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
