Downtown Rogers offers several restaurants and shops. The home sits on a spacious, secluded, wooded area. Access to the home is down a sloped gravel driveway, and a 4WD vehicle is suggested. The Wi-Fi speed is generally slow, and the connection is intermittent. Guests do not have access to the boat dock, and boat parking isn’t allowed at this property due to Beaver Lake rules. Guests are welcome to park along the shoreline, but dock access is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged, and unapproved parties or events will incur a $1000 fine.
