The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There are also two fire pits, a dining room with lake views and a bar, and a washer and dryer for guest use. This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Located in the small, rural town of Garfield, this house has direct access to Beaver Lake and is 7 miles from Lost Bridge Marina. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
