Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, the living room is cozy and relaxed, with new windows streaming plenty of natural light and a comfy couch. Overlooking Portland's newest bridge crossing, Tilikum, those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 50" LED flat-screen TV. While there is no cable, you'll have access to Netflix and blazing-fast Wi-Fi for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and a big farmhouse-style table in the spacious dining room to easily host your crew. There is a $99 per dog fee, with a max of 2. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. This location is often referred to as Foodie row, and you are a hop, skip, and a jump away from two hot streets in Portland (Hawthorne and Division). There are many shops and restaurants that you can get lost in, and you will even find a coffee roaster inside a double-decker bus. If vintage shopping, lifestyle boutiques, and novelty gift shops are your thing, you'll need a couple of days to work through Division. A grocery store is a few blocks away. This home is near some train tracks that can make some noise during the day, so if you are sensitive to sounds, kindly pack earbuds. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty.
