The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig Duo coffee maker (pods provided), toaster, blender, tea, spices, condiments, cooking basics, dishware, and flatware. Amenities include linens and towels, central air conditioning and heating, complimentary toiletries, a washer and dryer, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and $175 per pet for stays of 21+ nights or monthly stays, with a maximum of $175 per pet per month. Valet and parking garage options are available nearby at Old City Parkominium and Old City Parking. Street parking is available after 6 pm daily and all weekend at no charge; please read the signs and follow the time limitations. Located in the heart of Olde City, also known as America’s most historic square mile, this apartment is within walking distance of Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Christ Church, and the Betsy Ross House. Explore Elfreth’s Alley, a historic street dating back to 1702, and discover the renowned Olde City arts and music district, home to more than 50 art galleries and showrooms. Enjoy a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes, and experience the vibrant "First Friday" celebrations. The Market-Frankford subway line is steps away, and Uber, Lyft, and taxis provide easy access to the rest of the city. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis only at the discretion of the host. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and pets must be well-behaved. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. The apartment complex has keypads for entry at all the entrances, and there is no one available on-site 24/7. Every first Tuesday of the month, there is a required inspection and preventative pest treatment. A $1000 charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary for smoking of any kind. Smoking will also incur a $500 ozone treatment. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged an extra $50 per person/pet per night. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional $75 for every 30 minutes after the standard check-out time. The hourly rate for extra cleaning over and above the normal cleaning fee is $100 per hour. A lost key, key fob, or parking access swipe card will result in a $300 charge to replace and rekey the apartment complex. A lost parking pass tag will result in a $200 charge to replace and rekey. Failure to send a photo of any associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge.
