Stairs are required to access the apartment. The apartment features a king-size bed, a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, a dining area, ceiling fans, and clothing closets. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig Duo coffee maker (pods provided), toaster, blender, tea, spices, condiments, cooking basics, dishware, and flatware. Amenities include linens and towels, central air conditioning and heating, complimentary toiletries, a washer and dryer, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet, up to a maximum of 2 pets. The total pet fee will not exceed $175 on a monthly basis per pet. You will find more restaurants than you could imagine as Olde City offers great American fare and international cuisines, from fine dining to the original “Philly Cheese Steak”. Hang out in quaint coffee shops and cafes; enjoy delicious ice cream; pastries, and sweets to live for. The apartment is a few steps from the Market-Frankford subway line and a short ride to anywhere in the city. Independence National Historical Park is a 7-minute walk and the Liberty Bell is a 14-minute walk. An exterior doorbell security camera is installed facing out. Pets are not allowed on the property at any time without prior written consent. If you wish to be approved, please reply with the type of pet, the number of pets, and the size, height, weight, and breed (if applicable) of each pet. Guests are required to clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb other guests or neighbors. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Pets must be leashed or appropriately contained at all times when outside the listing. Failure to comply with these pet policies may result in additional charges or termination of the booking. No loud music or disturbances are allowed, quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Do not disrespect the neighbors. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Smoking, parties, and events are prohibited and will result in a $1000 charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary. Smoking will also incur a $500 OZONE TREATMENT!
