With its open-concept space featuring sleek LED lighting, warm wood flooring, and contemporary furnishings, you'll feel at home as you enjoy the large windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase stunning city views. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker, water kettle, toaster, and a full kitchenware set. The breakfast bar seats four, and the dining table also seats four, providing ample space for meals. Unwind in thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, including a full/twin daybed, a queen bed, and two queen beds, with en-suite full bathrooms and smart TVs in two of the bedrooms. The living room includes a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Pets are welcome depending on their size, but you must inform us beforehand and confirm your intention to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be applied. Fees for bringing a pet vary based on the length of your stay: for stays of 1 to 4 nights, there is a $25 per night charge per pet; for stays of 5 to 29 nights, there is a $200 fee per pet; and for stays of 30 nights or more, the fee is $300 per pet. Within minutes, you can explore the bars and restaurants of Lower Greenville, catch live music in Deep Ellum, or take a peaceful stroll around White Rock Lake. Uptown and Downtown are also a short drive away, offering even more dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. For your daily needs, Trader Joe’s and Sprouts Farmers Market are just a few minutes away, and there are several local coffee spots nearby like La La Land Kind Café, Fiction Coffee, and Foxtrot Market. Free street parking is usually easy to find, and you’re just a short Uber or Lyft ride from most major Dallas hotspots. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in, undergo a background check if required by property management or the owner as specified in the rental agreement and booking terms, and complete our verification process to receive check-in instructions. Guests must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.
