This contemporary apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a 4K UHDTV with Roku, and a full kitchen with a Keurig Duo coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, tea, spices, condiments, cooking basics, dishware, and flatware. Amenities include linens and towels, central air conditioning and heating, complimentary toiletries, a washer and dryer, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Parking is available after 6 pm daily and all weekend at no charge; please read the signs and follow the time limitations as every street is different. Valet and parking garage options are available nearby. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and $175 per pet for stays of 21+ nights, up to a maximum of $175 per pet per month. Located in the heart of the Olde City neighborhood of Philadelphia, this apartment is within walking distance of Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Elfreth's Alley and many historic sites. Explore the renowned Olde City arts and music district, home to more than 50 art galleries and showrooms, and enjoy a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes. The Market-Frankford subway line is a few steps away, and Uber and Lyft are readily available. Exterior doorbell security cameras are installed outside the apartment unit. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Excessive noise, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the booking without a refund. There is a $50 charge per night for each undeclared or unauthorized extra guest or pet. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary, also incurring a $500 ozone treatment. Any sort of tampering with the doorbell cameras or security system will result in a charge of $500. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Guests are required to remove garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during their stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, a cleaning of the home is required once per month.
