House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding the first six. Located in the Bishop Arts neighborhood of Oak Cliff, Dallas, this home is conveniently located close to many major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots. It's 23 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. The shops and restaurants of Bishop Arts are an 8-minute walk. The popular Dallas streetcar stops just one block away. Tramwell Crow Park is only 9 minutes away and is just one of the many attractions of the Trinity River Corridor. AT&T Stadium is just a 24-minute drive. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
