It's 23 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. The shops and restaurants of Bishop Arts are an 8-minute walk. The popular Dallas streetcar stops just one block away. Tramwell Crow Park is only 9 minutes away and is just one of the many attractions of the Trinity River Corridor. AT&T Stadium is just a 24-minute drive. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
