Best renting experience I've ever had. The staff was always extremely attentive and friendly. The location is great and very close to Katy Trail and the Ice House as well as all the hot spots in Uptown. I read some of the negative reviews about parking security, but I never had any issues over 2 years. Also, this place is built like a battleship....no noise from neighbors whatsoever which was a huge plus, unlike most apartments with poor construction and thin walls. Great views too!!

Ashley was amazing showing the Villa Rosa amenities and building. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Villa Rosa is my new home. The pools were awesome, gym was anything you can ask for. Maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. Couldn't be happier!!
