Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms will result in a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Please respect check-in and checkout times, as any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee, and missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or a monetary fine. Please remove your shoes when indoors, lock all doors and windows when not at home, and do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest, so please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating, disposing of food waste promptly. Items left behind can be shipped at the cost of shipping plus a $10 processing fee, and excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
