There is street parking available. Ride share apps pick up within minutes. This home is located in the beautiful Bates Hendricks neighborhood. The neighborhood is very well known in Indianapolis. The neighborhood has grown considerably in the past few years and continues expanding. The neighborhood is featured in an HGTV show, Good Bones. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. No parties are allowed, and there is a $2000 party fee. No smoking is allowed, and there is a $1000 smoking fee. All trash is to be taken out and disposed of, and the dishwasher started.
