The neighborhood itself is quiet with the usual city noise. With only a few homes on the road, you are bound to enjoy your stay here. The acclaimed Children's Museum and vibrant Indianapolis Zoo are nearby. It's 2.6 miles to Mass Ave, 3.9 miles to the Convention Center and 5.1 miles to the Indianapolis Zoo. The Children's Museum of Indianapolis is approximately 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes away by foot. Newfields (Indianapolis Museum of Art) is approximately 10 minutes away by car and Lucas Oil Stadium is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. Parties are prohibited and will incur a $2000 party fee. Smoking is prohibited and will incur a $1000 smoking fee. All trash is to be taken out and disposed of and the dishwasher started. The maximum property capacity is 6 and no unregistered guests are allowed. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front entrance and backyard that are motion activated and can be remotely monitored. There is also a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio.
