Tampering with cameras or the sensor will result in additional fees. Located just north of Indianapolis between Fall Creek Place and Historic Meridian Park, this apartment is in an extremely central location. The neighborhood itself is quiet with the usual city noise. With only a few homes on the road, you are bound to enjoy your stay here. Private parking is available around back, and the Monon trail is only about a block away for those who prefer to walk or bike. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft pick up within minutes. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. No parties are allowed, with a $2000 party fee for violations. No smoking is permitted, with a $1000 smoking fee for violations. All trash is to be taken out and disposed of, and the dishwasher started.
