Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. Full disclosure of the number of people on the property at any time is required with security camera verification to comply with local laws.
