This amazing 6-bedroom luxury home is designed to live the Disney dream. The loft living room is tastefully decorated with a large smart TV and apps available to sign in, perfect for enjoying great family time. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary equipment and tools to prepare any type of meal for you and your family. Sheets and towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies for your arrival. Pool heat can be activated upon request with an additional fee of $45 per day plus taxes. The grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. Please note that the pool and spa heating system may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions, and there is a minimum three-night charge for heating. Located in Solara Resort, this villa is just 15 minutes away from Orlando's major attractions, making it an ideal spot to explore the best of Florida. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited, and usage may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Check-in instructions might be withheld until verification is completed. Free internet access Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
