Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment includes a dedicated amenity alcove with a chic co-working lounge and individual work stations, making it ideal for remote work.
