Welcome to a cozy and convenient two-bedroom apartment, perfect for your stay in the heart of the Upper East Side. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable bed, along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating and air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, and stove. The small dining table and chairs provide a cozy spot for enjoying meals together or planning your daily adventures. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $300 per month, with a rate of $350 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies, and all pets must be approved in advance. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Located in the heart of the Upper East Side on E 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, the neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. This convenient neighborhood offers everything you may need just a couple of minutes from the apartment, including drug stores, nail salons, US Post Office, FedEx and UPS locations, banks, money exchange, and barbers. The new Q Second Avenue and Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment, and the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it easy to travel up and down the city with ease. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as we periodically update and refresh them. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. Each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
