Ideally located near the Central Business District, this newly renovated apartment features a charming kitchenette, a patented memory foam Nest Bed, and 4K Smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The on-site laundry services are free to use, and you can find the facilities on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. Building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. You can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. If you're traveling by car, the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the apartment. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the apartment. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of New Orleans, located in the heart of the bustling Central Business District (CBD). This dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication, offering the perfect setting for both business and leisure. From towering skyscrapers to art-filled galleries and upscale dining spots, the CBD has it all. Just a short walk away, you can explore the lively streets of the French Quarter, discover the city’s jazz history, or enjoy world-class cuisine. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
