The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, with violations resulting in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine.
