A unique and creative repurposing of a parking garage. Comfortable living spaces and fun amenities, like the sauna and steam room. Wonderful and communicative staff. Conveniently located in the CBD, with lots of galleries, museums, restaurants and retail in the area. A great addition to the neighborhood.

I have had an apartment in The Garage for almost a year now and really like it. The building is run by a great group of people – Sean & Dena being at the top of that list. The neighborhood is great – with easy access to the CBD and all the great restaurants within walking distance. Secure parking & keyless entry are added bonuses (the parking is the best offering of any building in city). Highly recommend.
