Choosing Memoir to call home was the best decision! Taylor and Jill in leasing are fabulous and always so helpful with everything. Concierge and maintenance team wonderful too. The apartment units are beautiful- super high ceilings, huge windows, lots of attention to detail in design generally. The social club, Common House, in the building is an unbeatable amenity too. It’s been nothing but great here!!

Moving to Memoir in the warehouse district has been an incredible experience. Being from CA, I knew I wanted to live somewhere where I could experience the essence of the city, while not being in the thick of tourist activity. From the friendly staff, impeccable design aesthetic, ability to walk to yummy restaurants/cafes, rooftop pool & state of the art gym facility, I always feel safe and comfortable. It’s great for my dog as well since it is only a few blocks from the riverfront and other local parks. Getting to the freeway is super simple and is less than a 15 minute walk to sports/entertainment venues like the superdome. My 5th floor unit is spacious and has a nice view with a TON of natural light! Other residents are super friendly professionals & I’ve connected with SO many locals through Common House, which was important for me moving here. Overall this has been my favorite complex I’ve lived in over the years. Highly recommend!
