Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability, with fees of $35 for 1 hour and $49 for 2 hours. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for $175, including new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund.
