It includes a sofa bed and chair, a 4K 55" HDR Smart TV, a coffee table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The sleeping area offers two full beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room, stocked with all essential toiletries. The apartment comes with one parking spot, with additional parking options available nearby or on the street. For units that permit pets, an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed.
