There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. A dedicated workstation with a standing desk is available for remote work.
