Pool heating is available for $35 per day, and we kindly ask for at least a week's notice to arrange this amenity. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and daytime parking is available in the Clubhouse parking lot, though overnight parking is not permitted. Located in Davenport, this home is near Orlando's renowned theme parks, shopping, dining, and other attractions. Just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld, you'll have easy access to world-class entertainment. The resort is conveniently situated just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with an Imax movie theater and additional shopping at Posner Park only 7 minutes away. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and there is a strict no-smoking and no-drugs policy on the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, and additional guidelines are posted within the home. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the home.
