The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, ample square footage, an oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and complimentary toiletries. Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Covered, in-building parking for one vehicle is offered at $39 per night, though oversized vehicles may not fit. The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, and pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors such as building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. The building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. No guests not in the reservation are allowed, and pets are not permitted. Late check-out will result in a $250 fee, and lockouts will incur a $150 fee per occurrence. Lost keys will incur a $200 fee per key. Failure to check out at the agreed time will result in a minimum $500 charge for schedule disruption.
