The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, and high-speed internet keeps you connected. Carport and driveway parking are available for 2 cars (1 under carport, 1 behind), and unlimited free street parking is available. A one-time charge of $55 applies to unlock the propane tank for the BBQ grill/fire pit. A pet fee of $50 per pet per stay will be added if a pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. Up to 2 pets per stay are allowed, but no large breeds (e.g., German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, etc.). If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation. Swimming pool and hot tub heating requires 48 hours of advance notice. You're just a 6-minute walk to the electric buzz of Rainey Street and only 2 minutes from mouthwatering tacos on East Cesar Chavez. A 4-minute Uber will have you drinking in the lively vibe of Downtown's eateries and swanky lounges, or head out to have a delicious South Congress (SoCo) brunch. Rainey Street, East Cesar Chavez, Target, Whole Foods, “Dirty” 6th Street Nightlife, Zilker Park / ACL, Paddle Boarding, Austin Airport and Austin Convention Center are all within a short drive or scooter ride. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors by minimizing any excessive noise.
