Carport and driveway parking are available for two cars, with one under the carport and one behind, and there is unlimited free street parking. A pet fee of $50 per pet per stay will be added if a pet is added to the reservation. Up to 2 pets per stay are allowed, but no large breeds. There is a one-time charge of $55 to unlock the propane tank for the BBQ grill or fire pit. Advance notice of 48 hours is required for heating the hot tub. Located a 6-minute walk to Rainey Street and East Cesar Chavez, this home is near trendy bars, restaurants, and shops. It's also a short drive to Zilker Park, paddle boarding, the Austin Convention Center, and a 13-minute drive to Austin Airport. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors by minimizing any excessive noise. To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
