This 4-bedroom home offers plenty of room for your group to spread out and is only a few minutes walk to the beach, with direct access from the street. The home features a cozy living room with a big screen smart TV and an open kitchen and dining space, fully stocked for in-home meals. There is also a washer and dryer. Outdoors, enjoy the private pool and propane grill for BBQ by the water. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. The home is pet-friendly for one dog with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. Less than a 10-minute drive to St. Augustine historic district. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are permitted, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited, as is underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
