Relax in the bright, open living space on plush sofas while streaming Netflix on the smart TV. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, freestanding oven and cooktop, built-in microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals in the elegant dining area or explore nearby restaurants and cafes. The sun-filled sitting room offers a second TV and a laundry nook, leading to a rear patio overlooking the yard. Three spacious bedrooms feature comfortable beds with quality linen, smart TVs, and ample space. The master bedroom includes a canopy queen bed, private sitting area, and workspace with free WiFi. Bedroom two has a queen bed, while bedroom three upstairs offers two twin beds. The downstairs bathroom features a jetted tub with an overhead shower, and the upstairs bathroom provides a bath and shower with fluffy towels. A pet policy allows for one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 nonrefundable fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet, with additional charges for not disposing of dog feces properly. Located in a secluded and quiet area on a closed driveway, this cottage offers walkability to all the wonders of St. Augustine. Enjoy the historic streets, delicious bites, and vibrant nightlife, all within easy reach. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. A security camera is installed at the front door. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited, with additional cleaning fees for violations. Late check-outs incur a $50 per hour fee. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with young children should use the home at their own risk.
