It's a block from the Lightner Museum and Flagler, and 3 blocks from Saint George Street. Walk to local favorites such as Ice Plant, St. Augustine Distillery, and Fish Camp. Vilano Beach is a 10-minute drive away. Lincolnville is a local favorite, full of history and charm, and within walking distance of many downtown sites and restaurants. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, as per St. Johns County ordinance. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival.
