This downtown gem offers a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware for six, and coffee maker options including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and espresso machine. The dining room includes a dining table with seating for six and a cabinet filled with games. The living room features a cozy sitting area with a couch, an accent chair, a large smart TV, and an in-home bar with a local barrel table from the St. Augustine Distillery. There is also a washer and dryer in the home. Enjoy family fun with a ping pong table and badminton. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles. The fenced yard is dog-friendly with pet restrictions. Lincolnville is home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. This home is right around the corner from local favorite, Dog Rose Brewery, and just a couple blocks away from Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone just a short stroll from the house. Guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries, and attractions. Drifters is a top recommendation for daily bike rentals and will drop them off directly at the home. Pineapple Ride and Tour provides golf cart rides anywhere in the city at $4/person. The Old Town Trolley Tours offers stops throughout St. Augustine and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the security camera at the front door may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay, and a $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Bedroom 1 includes a work desk.
