The first floor features a dining area and living room with a half bath, a full kitchen stocked with everything you need for meals at home, and a master suite with a queen bed and a full bathroom with shower, and a washer/dryer combination machine. The second floor features a spacious suite with a king-size bed, sitting room, and full bathroom with soaking tub. Tucked behind the main home is a charming cottage with a living room with family games, a queen bed, a full bathroom with shower, and an outdoor dining area with umbrella. One dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. This centrally located apartment is just a few minutes drive to both downtown and Vilano Beach. It is around the corner from local favorite sandwich shop, Drakes Deli, that serves breakfast and lunch. This top location is right in the heart of the historic Fullerwood neighborhood of Uptown St. Augustine and is only a short 5 minute drive into the city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. Vilano Beach, one of St. Augustine's most popular beaches is also only a few minutes drive away! Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. If dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin), additional charges of $50 per pile will apply.
