The well-stocked galley kitchen includes a toaster, crockpot, pots and pans set, and more, catering to all your cooking needs. The master suite boasts a king bed and a large flat-screen TV, with an attached private bathroom. Two guest bedrooms offer comfy queen memory foam beds, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located down the hall. The tranquil outdoor area is privately fenced and features a putting green, cornhole boards, and a stunning pergola with an outdoor dining set. A pet policy allows for 1 dog under 50 lbs, with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, fully potty trained, and kenneled. Additional charges apply if dog feces is not properly disposed of, at $50 per pile. Nestled in the historic and charming West King district, this peaceful cottage is just around the corner from popular local spots like Back 40 Urban Cafe and Bog Brewery. Downtown St. Augustine is only a short 3-5 minute drive away, while the white sandy beaches of Vilano Beach are just a 10-minute drive from the home. Explore the nation's most historic city with its flavorful dining, art, and culture, all just minutes away. Jump aboard the Trolley or hire a bike to soak up each neighborhood, museum, and monument. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, with a fee of $50 per hour for overstaying. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and flushing foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited. Parents with young children should note that the home is not child-proofed.
