Feel at home in this bright and modern brand new 3-bedroom pool home in the historical West King district of downtown St. Augustine. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped for short-term or long-term stays, this home features a king-size bed in the master with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and 2 twin beds in bedroom 3. There is also a guest bathroom with tub/shower combo and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the spectacular new pool and hot tub in a private backyard. Off-street parking is available for 2-3 vehicles. The Peaceful Puffin is located in the West King district, full of history and charm. Just around the corner are popular local spots such as Buena Onda, the Cheese Wheel, and Bog Brewery. Adventure to Downtown St. Augustine, only a short 3-5 minute drive or quick bike ride from the home, or catch some Florida sunshine on the white sandy beaches at Vilano Beach, just a 10 minute drive from the home. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. You are required to follow the house rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
