Feel at home in this bright and modern brand new 3-bedroom pool home in the historical West King district of downtown St. Augustine. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped for short-term or long-term stays, this home features a fully equipped kitchen and a full-sized washer and dryer. Enjoy the spectacular new pool and hot tub in a private backyard. Pool/Spa heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. Off-street parking is available for 2-3 vehicles. The Peaceful Puffin is located in the West King district, full of history and charm. Popular local spots such as Buena Onda, Muggsy's, Blue Hen and Bog Brewery are just around the corner. Adventure to Downtown St. Augustine, only a short 3-5 minute drive or quick bike ride from the home, or catch some Florida sunshine on the white sandy beaches at Vilano Beach, just a 10 minute drive from the home. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. No underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
