This family-friendly home is just a few minutes' drive to downtown St. Augustine and a 10-minute drive to the beach. This home has a solar-heated pool with a basketball hoop and swing chairs. Enjoy outdoor entertainment with a dining area, corn hole, and a relaxing conversation set on the front porch. The kids will love the fun loft room and outdoor activity shed in the backyard. The yard is fenced in. One dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, with free parking included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions are within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Guests who stay past check-out time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. You are required to follow the house rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
