Feel at home in The Secret Pool Cabana, where you can relax and enjoy the Oldest City. This family-friendly home features a solar-heated pool with a basketball hoop and swing chairs, outdoor entertainment with a dining area and corn hole, a relaxing conversation set on the front porch, a fun kids' loft room, and an outdoor activity shed in the backyard. This home is pet-friendly, and can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs for a nonrefundable pet fee of $100. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. This home is just a few minutes' drive to downtown St. Augustine and a 10-minute drive to the beach. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, with free parking included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by a pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, underage drinking, and foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. You are required to follow the house rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house, and any excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees.
