This family-friendly home features a fun kids loft room, a pool with a basketball hoop and swing chairs, and outdoor entertainment with a dining area and a relaxing conversation set on the front porch. The yard is fenced in. Pool heat is available for $30 per day. This home is just a few minutes' drive to downtown St. Augustine and a 10-minute drive to the beach. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay, and the dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be applied, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Please note that two of the twin beds listed are trundles and may not be suitable for certain group configurations.
