This charming home offers a solar-heated pool complete with a basketball hoop and swing chairs, perfect for relaxation and fun. The outdoor entertainment area features a dining space, corn hole, and a cozy conversation set on the front porch. Ideal for families, the property includes a fun kids' loft room and an outdoor activity shed in the backyard. The fenced-in yard is pet-friendly, and the home is just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine and a 10-minute drive to the beach. The space includes two twin beds with trundles, which may not be suitable for certain group configurations. The property allows one dog under 50 lbs, provided it is up to date on vaccinations, has flea treatment, and is potty trained. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not properly disposed of, with a fee of $50 per pile. Getting around St. Augustine is convenient with your own car or a rental, as free parking is included with your stay. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis, are readily available. Once in the city center, many shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions are within walking distance, making it easy to explore on foot. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. The property is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, with a fee of $50 per hour for overstaying. Parents with young children should be aware that the home is not child-proofed.
