Family-friendly amenities include a pack 'n play and high chair. Beach supplies such as chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and towels are provided. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or a rental, with free parking included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions are within walking distance in the historic city center. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. Tampering with the camera or internet may result in reservation cancellation and guest removal. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests staying past checkout time will be charged $50 per hour. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with young children use the home at their own risk. Follow the house rules posted in the house during your stay.
