The inviting living area has a plush couch and a big screen with access to all your favorite streaming apps, including Fubo TV with all the top cable channels. The living area can also be used as an additional sleeping space with a sofa bed for two guests. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. It features a coffee machine, a large breakfast bar, and sleek stone benchtops. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed with its own en-suite, including a spacious walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub. Bedroom two is filled with a queen bed and bedroom three with two twin beds. The two bedrooms share the central bathroom that comes stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft fluffy towels. You’ll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Pool heat is available for $30 per day. A pack-n-play and high chair are provided. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. This home is not suitable for parties, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. The office completes the upstairs space for any remote work needed to be done.
