The first floor also has two bathrooms, one with a claw tub and another with a walk-in rain head shower. The second floor features a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outdoors, relax by the fire table with Adirondack chairs or on the spacious front porch with a dining table and cozy seating for everyone. St. Augustine, known as the nation’s most historic city, offers a charming experience with Lincolnville's largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This 140-acre walkable neighborhood is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter. Enjoy flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Nearby attractions include the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery. With its great location, guests can easily walk to shops, top restaurants, art galleries, and attractions. Alternatively, explore the town on wheels by bringing your bikes or renting from Drifters, who offer daily bike rentals delivered directly to the home. The Old Town Trolley Tours provide a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off service that includes complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. The home is equipped with actively recording security cameras at the front and back (exterior only). Tampering with or disconnecting the internet to these cameras may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and any additional guests must be approved by hosts prior to arrival. No parties or pets are allowed on the property. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will incur an additional cleaning fee. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with young children should use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be followed as posted in the house, and any excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
