Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. There are exterior cameras and an exterior doorbell that records video & audio for the security of the premises and is motion triggered. Starter supplies provided include trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. These items are intended to get you started and any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
