This apartment features three cozy bedrooms, each with a full or queen-size bed, a desk, a mirror, and a closet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The living room is equipped with a 55-inch TV, a comfy couch, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of utensils and cookware. Fresh linens, towels, an iron, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience, and the bathroom includes a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Laundry facilities are available in the building. For guests traveling by car, street parking is available and free of charge. Please be mindful of alternate side parking regulations, which vary by street and day of the week. Take care to read all signs to avoid parking tickets. Smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in an automatic fine of $500. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in good condition, with all dishes placed in the kitchen sink and all trash in the trashcans. Excessive cleaning charges may apply at the owner's discretion. A laptop computer is not included. All guests must respect quiet hours ranging from 10 pm to 7 am. You cannot receive mail at this address, please consider opening a PO Box. The apartment is not child-proof or child-protected. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, no commercial use. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
