Interior features include built-in USB ports, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, keyless entry, spacious closets, granite counters, carpet and hardwood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi access, and a Smart TV. The bathroom has a shower with a full-sized tub and complimentary toiletries and a blow dryer are provided. The bedroom can be brightly lit from large windows or perfectly darkened for daytime or jet lag naps with room-darkening curtains. The cedar-lined closet holds the extra pillows and blankets as well as many hangers for all of your clothes. Luggage racks and plenty of outlets for all your electronic devices are available. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances (dishwasher, electric range/stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board), a microwave, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee), toaster, blender, food processor, pots and pans, and basic spices for cooking. You’ll be 25 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. The shops and restaurants of Bishop Arts are a 7-minute drive. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower. Dart Light Rail lines are only half a mile away and many bus routes are just minutes away. Wynnewood Village Shopping is just a few blocks away. Also, ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available as well as a traditional taxi. There is also plenty of driveway and street parking for up to 4 vehicles. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. If you are caught smoking you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. If you are bringing a pet, you must declare this when booking your reservation. Breed restrictions may apply. A pet fee per pet will apply with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite.
