Public transportation is available via IndyGo bus lines, and the home is conveniently near Interstate 65 for quicker travel to downtown and other parts of the city. Kroger and Aldi are a short drive away, and Tarkington Park and Riverside Park are nearby for outdoor activities. Rideshare and taxi services are widely available. Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Absolutely no smoking is allowed, and there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed; violators will be reported to police, and the contract will be terminated immediately. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on the premises. Following multiple warnings, local law enforcement will be used to ensure compliance, and removal will be done at the guest's expense. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with noise detection monitors. An unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
