The guest bedrooms include a queen bed with closet and natural light, and a full-over-full bunk bed ideal for kids or friends. The bonus sunroom offers an extra-large bed perfect for lounging or an afternoon nap by the pool. The home includes 3 full baths with tub/shower combos, a large open-concept living room with a cozy sofa and Smart TV, dining areas with seating for six, and a kitchen with essential appliances and cookware. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and residential, ideal for guests who want a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The home is best enjoyed with a car, with parking available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles. From the house, you’re less than 10 minutes to Brandon Mall, 15 minutes to the Hard Rock Casino and MidFlorida Amphitheatre, 20 minutes to downtown Tampa, and about 60 minutes to Clearwater and St. Pete beaches. Tampa International Airport is just 25 minutes away. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must stay below 80 decibels during all hours. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited, with a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Pets are not authorized, and unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fine of $100 per month.
