It’s a convenient spot for work, school, or extended visits without the constant buzz of downtown right outside your door. Parking is easy, and the location offers quick access to major roads, grocery stores, coffee, dining, rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), I-75, I-4, and Fowler Ave. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 10 AM, and refraining from loud music is requested during these hours. Smoking violations or the presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without refund. Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional repair fees. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. This home is set up with high-speed internet and strong Wi-Fi, ready for video calls, streaming and multiple devices at once.
