The living room has a sectional sofa with a pullout bed, smart TV, and direct access to the screened-in patio. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, a Keurig and De'Longhi espresso machine, cooking basics, and a breakfast nook. Dining areas include a glass-top kitchen nook and a separate dining table with seating for six. The outdoor space boasts a screened-in lanai with lounge seating, a dining table, and a grill, all overlooking a fully fenced backyard, great for kids or pets. The home is fully step-free, making it accessible for guests with mobility considerations, and offers high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and central AC for a comfortable stay.
