Not only is Aurora beautiful, it has some of the nicest and welcoming staff I have ever encountered. Instantly I was sold on the complex by the way Debbie presented it. It seems that everyone here enjoys their job and cares about their residents. Anytime I’ve had an issue/maintenance request, they handle it the same day. A major MAJOR plus about Aurora are packages are delivered to your door so no funny business here using a 3rd party. The pool is absolutely gorgeous, all the amenities I’ve used so far WORK, location is perfect and I am completely happy with my decision moving here.

Living downtown has been great! This is my second apartment complex in the downtown Tampa area and so far it has been my favorite. It stands apart from the others with the ample parking for not just tenants but guests as well and spacious amenities. A short walk from restaurants, bars, Amalie Arena, Sparkman Warf and much more! It has been so convenient with our 2 mini schnauzers since they have a small dog park on the property which makes those late night walks quick and safe. It’s a very quiet community which is nice even being in the city. I have thoroughly enjoyed the large gym and relaxing pool area. Fans are provided in every room which is so needed during the hot Florida summers. The staff has been great and answered any questions/requests in a timely fashion. One thing I would note is that there are EV chargers provided but most of them are broken. They are working with the vendor to get them fixed but they’ve had trouble with them being as responsive as they’d like them to be. Other than that! Highly recommend!
