Smoking violations may incur a $250 remediation fee. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. The indoor fireplace should not be used at any time.
