With a washer and dryer available, your stay will be both comfortable and practical. A fee of $100 per pet per stay applies for reservations up to 28 days. For reservations longer than 28 days, a fee of $100 per pet per month applies. Catering to your initial needs, a starter set of consumables, including soaps and linens, is provided. For extended stays or personal preferences, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies to ensure their complete comfort throughout their visit. Located in the vibrant neighborhood of West Tampa, you'll be immersed in rich culture and a blend of historic charm and modern convenience. Explore diverse dining options, relax in picturesque parks, and easily access downtown Tampa and the University of South Florida. Raymond James Stadium is just a stone's throw away, making this the ideal location for sports enthusiasts. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. The primary guest must provide valid government-issued ID upon booking. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Noise level must stay below 80 decibels during all hours, and guests are automatically notified of violations by text. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited, with a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. House-trained, groomed pets are welcome, but notify us about any pets during your reservation. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance and valet trash service are part of the stay. Ensure appropriate trash sorting and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. If you find any issues or missing amenities, allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve the issue. Early check-in or late check-out are not guaranteed, and late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund. Misuse of the AC system, including setting the unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund. Always report any damage or accidents promptly for a potential full security deposit return.
